Katherine Adams is a researcher, arts professional and emerging curator based in New York City, working primarily with contemporary art. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Yale University, where she also undertook research in critical theory. Her recent research has centered on the concept of Post-media in the context of new media and performance practices, and her curatorial interests are organized around notions of artistic research. As part of her study at The New Centre she aims to further integrate her philosophical concerns with her artistic interests.
