Anima Kadyszewska is a philosopher and visual artist. Through her paintings, which have been exhibited in Ireland, France and the Netherlands, she constructs speculative ecologies. Through writing she investigates the complicity of those ecologies with technological and political change. To deepen her practice, Anima studied philosophy with a specialisation in bodies, art and technology. She is currently based in Cork, Ireland, conducting an art-science collaboration with the Living Seawalls Project and completing a monograph on Sophie Xeon.
